Saiyaara (2025) is a Hindi-language romance-musical-drama directed by Mohit Suri under the Yash Raj Films banner, produced by Aditya Chopra and Akshaye Widhani. It opened theatrically on 18 July 2025 with a runtime of two hours and thirty-six minutes and is slated to drop on Amazon Prime Video sometime between September and October 2025 (unofficial word). The film introduces Ahaan Panday as Krish and Aneet Padda as Vaani in their debut lead roles, supported by a soundtrack crafted by an ensemble of composers—Mithoon, Sachet–Parampara, Vishal Mishra, Tanishk Bagchi, Faheem Abdullah and Arslan Nizami—while Vikas Sivaraman’s cinematography gives the love story its glossy, neon-soaked look. Krish Kapoor, the brooding indie-rock protagonist, is brought to life by debutant Ahaan Panday, while newcomer Aneet Padda slips into the role of Vaani Batra, the soft-spoken poet whose world collides with his. Alam Khan plays KV, Krish’s sharp-tongued manager who keeps both the band and the chaos in check, and Geeta Agarwal embodies Vaani’s supportive yet anxious mother. Rohan Shankar’s conversational, heart-on-sleeve dialogues give the film its emotional punch, and the lyrics that thread every song together come from the pens of Irshad Kamil, Mithoon and Raj Shekhar. High-energy gigs and a brief but pulse-quickening truck-top chase are choreographed by action director Aejaz Gulab, while Vijay Ganguly stages the intimate, rain-soaked dance sequences that fans are already turning into viral reels. Cutting it all into a propulsive two-hour-thirty-six-minute rhythm is the editing duo of Devendra Murdeshwar and Rohit Makwana.
